Dynamic pricing tools reassess your rates every day around local events, seasonality, demand and market rates. Because our portfolio is small, every rate is also checked by a human.

Instant answers to simple questions 24/7, anything complex routed straight to our local team, check-in details sent automatically and a review requested at the right moment.

Screening & protection
Every booking clears digital screening: government ID, biometric match and background check. Then an experienced hospitality manager personally reviews the reservation.

Cleaning & turnovers
Checkout triggers the job, cleaners work a room-by-room checklist and photograph every task. Any housekeeping oversight is fixed within 12 to 24 hours at no cost to you.

Faults are flagged on every turnover and logged with a photo and quote. Under $200 we fix it straight away with a vetted local trade; over $200, we ask you first.

What does management cost?
Our management fee is 25% + GST of booking income, applied transparently on your monthly statement. Your free rental assessment shows the expected numbers for your property.
Do I need to furnish the property?
We’ll talk through styling options together. If you want it completely hands-off, we offer a full furnishing and staging service.
How quickly will my property go live?
After the inspection, styling and photography, we build the listing and take it live across Airbnb, Booking.com and Stayz. Timing depends on how much setup the property needs.
Who looks after maintenance?
Our ground team. Minor fixes under $200 are handled straight away by vetted local trades; anything larger is sent to you for approval first.
